We own two hangars, with approximately 500m2 each one, where the Cathelicopters fleet and/or the third party aircrafts can be placed. There is also where the most relevant maintenance tasks, of the Part 145 Maintenance Organization form Cathelicopters, approved by the National Civil Aviation Authority (AESA) with reference number ES.145.197, are performed.
Under this approval, Cathelicopters is authorized to perform base and line maintenance to the following aircrafts and components:
– Airbus Helicopters AS355,
– Robinson Helicopters R44 Raven II,
– Powerplants of the above aircrafts, and
– Ni-Cd and Pb batteries Overhaul.
Cathelicopters is approved as a Continuous Airworthiness management Organization (CAMO), by the National Civil Aviation Authority (AESA) with reference number ES.MG.022, which the most relevant task of this Organization is to keep the operated fleet fully airworthy and compliant with the EASA Part M regulation.
The above approvals are required by the National Civil Aviation Authority (AESA), in order to authorize the operations of Cathelicopters according to the safety and security standards, but Cathelicopters is also certified as ISO 9001 (quality management system) and ISO 14001 (environment management system).
The terminal is divided between passengers, visitors and staff areas. It is located at the helipad, beside the hangar.
The area is large, bright and with a wonderful sea views. It is well equipped and it has all the necessary areas to offer the passengers a pleasant and comfortable stay before and after their flights.
The terminal has an area of 300 m2, including: reception, customer service and booking management, waiting room and boarding gate. Upstairs is where we have the administrative offices and the rest area for our staff.
All the areas are bright and spacious and are completely suitable for corporate events, receptions, presentations, conferences or celebrations in a unique environment.
